Calling our babes, GURLS, crafty queers, and anyone who could use a little help finding their look. 💋👗

Come spend the day getting crafty, playing with your wardrobe, trying something different, and hanging out with your House of Candi community.

🧵 BRING YOUR PROJECTS

Sewing, crochet, knitting, leatherwork, costuming, repairs, alterations — or that half-finished project that's been sitting around judging you.

We’ll have a sewing machine available along with some crochet and knitting supplies. Bring your own tools, materials, and projects too.

👗 CLOTHING EXCHANGE & WARDROBE PLAY

House of Candi will have donated clothing, costumes, accessories, and fun wardrobe finds looking for new homes.

Bring clean pieces you don't wear anymore and add them to the exchange — or just come see what you can find.

You do NOT have to bring something to take something.

And if you're one of our babes or GURLS who wants a little help figuring out what works for you, COME PLAY. 💄✨

We’ll have mirrors set up so you can actually try things on, mix and match outfits, get another set of eyes, and experiment with your style in a comfortable, queer-affirming space.

No fashion police. No judgment. Sometimes you just need somebody to say, “GURL, try THIS.” 💋

✂️ ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS

Find something you love that doesn't quite fit?

Minor alterations and repairs will be available on-site. A small fee may apply if additional materials are needed.

☕ SNACKS, COFFEE & COMMUNITY

We’ll have tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day.

Bring a snack, dessert, or dish to share if you'd like.

Come craft, dig through the clothing racks, try on something ridiculous, find something fabulous, sit on the couch with your yarn, or just spend the afternoon with your community.

There is no lounge fee for this community event.

Voluntary donations are appreciated and help us keep offering community days like this, but donations are never required.
